The World Isn’t A Home

They asked Paul, “What about our dead loved ones…?” He responded, “They aren’t dead but asleep, on the day of resurrection you shall meet them again.”

Everything in the universe serves the purpose of God, He gave life and death to serve us, the death of a child of God doesn’t mean he was defeated by death, death is a servant to the children of God not their master.

1 Corinthians 3:21-22, “All things are ours, life, death, present or future.”
It isn’t the divine will of God that children depart before their parent, but when God permits it, what can we do? We may question him but we can’t challenge Him.

There’s nothing life or death does that is above the understanding of God, in His wisdom He made all things, gave life, and gave death to serve life.

Every fruit that drops from the tree God knows it, every hair that turns white God knows it, every rain that drops God sent it, every sun or moon that comes forth God commands them, they all serve His purpose.

We don’t exist for the benefit of death and life, they exist for our benefit, when the flesh is strong, life serves its purpose, but when the flesh is weak, death serves its purpose – God made all things to serve His purpose from the beginning.

They asked Paul, “What about our dead loved ones…?” He responded, “They aren’t dead but asleep, on the day of resurrection you shall meet them again.”

Death isn’t a total separation, because we that are still here will in moment at the appointed time join those who have gone ahead of us over there.

The wisdom of God is above all human questions, the things He permitted to happen, no one can change it, no one can stop it, and for every good or heartbreaking circumstance He allowed to happen, we can only but keep the faith knowing even before death He first loved us, and has prepared a home for his children both the young and old who died in the Lord.

May God give mothers who lost their child abundant heart to bear it all, may God comfort every child who lost their parent at early age, and may God give brothers and sisters the will and faith to carry on.
