A Night Comes

A night comes when many shall seek to do something for the Lord, but it’s already dark, those who did little will try to do their best, those who did nothing will seek to do even a little but it’s already dark.

It’s a local Gospel song not like the classic Gospel songs we hear, but it’s Heveanly, it has a deep soul piercing message within it.

I don’t know Hausa language, I am Igbo, the moment I heard this Gospel, I paused, subconsciously as it played on, I fell into a deep meditation, my spirit racing back-forth, from the beginning to the end of all life, Watarana bani in Hausa, it said.

God can speak to you in language He choses, different from your language and you will understand the message in your spirit without anyone interpreting to you, watarana bani.

The little years we are given to stay here on earth is to produce good works for the Lord, a night comes when we shall have no second chance to be useful any more to Him.

Do your business, go to work, go to school, learn a skill, make merry, have a thousand children, be successful in all things, but above all these, create some time to do something for the Lord, this is all that will matter on the Last Day.

oh oh oh
yanzu ne Nika da dama in raira maka yabo, watarana watarana bani.

What would be your answer if on the Last Day, the Lord asks you, “What did you do for me with the gifts and talents I gave you?” Will you have a good answer?

I have been asked that question by the one who created all things, it waits for me, and it waits for all, I am keeping a record of my answers.

One question awaits all, at the time of watarana bani no chance any more.
Get it, if the people who have gone before us into eternity are given a second chance, all the streets of the earth will he filled with teachers and preachers of the Gospel, it’s unfortunate, the living don’t know the privilege they have.

A night comes when many shall seek to do something for the Lord, but it’s already dark, those who did little will try to do their best, those who did nothing will seek to do even a little but it’s already dark.

Ecclesiastes 9:10, “Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might; for there is no work or device or knowledge or wisdom in the grave where you are going.”
