On the Internet even adults are deceived into known and unknown harm, then how much the underage, giving her a smartphone at that tender age is a wrong decision, it’s like throwing your small fish into the ocean of sharks, the little fish may not come out of it.

And there’s no such place to access such information that deforms faster other than the Internet.
The churches will train.
The parents will train.
The schools will train.

But after all these trainings and efforts the Internet would retrain the child.
So don’t allow underage children to have direct access to the Internet when they aren’t old enough to say no to certain things.

Don’t give her the phone till she’s old enough.
