The Code, Staying Young
One of the things that’s intriguing about life by many is how to stay young for such a long time, how to beat aging, many do lots of dangerous things to remain young, some achieve it while some don’t, despite the efforts they still aged like a moving jet, very fast.
Some go for plastic skin cuts, some spend heavily on cosmetics, just to remain young or look a bit younger than they ought to appear, it’s the desire of many to be forever young.
It’s an inward desire, an appetite from the soul, because in the first place we weren’t created to age, sin brought us all down through aging unto death.
Man has that deep consciousness, “I am never going to get old” as old age drums and draws near, he searches for ways overturn the call from a nature that isn’t his, a nature disobedience imposed on him, with every strength and struggle invested without a choice he watches himself diminish in age quickly or slowly.
The ones who want to avoid the electric or chemical surgery and all that apply to the indulgence of vitamins and essential minerals like selenium in combination with Vit. E to slow down oxidation thereby making the skin look younger, Vit. C to decrease the aging process, etc.
Be happy, and make others happy in good ways, when you hurt yourself by trusting the wrong people be happy, even when others hurt you don’t hurt them back, still be happy, happiness is a debt you owe yourself, happiness is the currency to stay young even without applying any of the processes I mentioned above, this is the code.
Nobody and not even yourself are worth taking away your happiness, our days here a short and greatly numbered.
Life may succeed steal everything from you, but it can’t steal your happiness, besides it’s written whatever that’s stolen shall be returned back in 7-folds.
There is no medication or drug stronger than happiness, happiness can heal all manner of diseases, it rejuvenates the immune system and the cells.
Sadness depreciates life, sadness consumes life, it shortens one’s life span, happy people have the tendency of living much longer if all things being equal, but sadness dries the body from inside, it weakens both the circulatory and nervous systems, the heart wears wrinkles over time.
Food or drinks can’t make one younger, it’s happiness; a freedom from hurting yourself and hurting people.
Moses spent 40 days and 40 nights happy in the Presence of God on the mountain, he ate no food, neither did he drink any water, when he descended he looked much younger than he was when he ascended, he appeared full of strength and power more than before, as the Bible records Moses became ageless, the joy of the Lord transformed him.
You don’t need mineral or biological formula to look younger, you don’t need to apply dangerous methods to look young, if you desire a young life, then learn the ways of inward and outward happiness.
Smile and laughter on the face whereas the heart is troubled isn’t happiness, happiness should come from the inside out.
Let the glory of the Lord transform your heart, may it give you all the happiness you seek.
Be happy . Be young
